Accommodation

Villa Lidija has 6 apartments and two separate rooms. There are three apartments and a room on the ground floor, as well as on the first floor.

Four apartments A2+2, each with the surface of 42 m² have their own outdoor terrace with the surface of 25 m² and a wonderful view of the sea, Kvarner bay and the island Cres, on which you can truly enjoy, relax and meditate in an oasis of piece, quietness and scent of pine trees, but also bird chirping and simphony of crickets.

There is a modern kitchen, a spacious living room and a comfortable and big bathroom in every apartment. All the apartments are air-conditioned, so they offer everything you need for a true enjoyment on a quality vacation with a lot of comfort. In order to stay with ease in contact with friends and up to date with events, there is also a free wireless internet (Wi-Fi) available.

Of course, there is also an indispensable outdoor fireplace grill at which you can enjoy preparing and consuming meals along with an excellent wine.

The distance to the nearest beach is 350m by foot through a pine forest, because there is just a green area of pine forest without a single house between Villa Lidija and the sea. The other beach is 800m away and you can reach it by car or you can walk with a stroller along the beach, next to which is also a restaurant.


Destination

Villa Lidija is located on the eastern coast of Istria, a magical peninsula on northern Adriatic, in a region where the blueness of the sea intertwines with beautiful pebble beaches surrounded with dark green pine forests, far from the city noise.

There are two well-known destinations in the close vicinity, which are unique in their contrast- Labin, a medieval town on the hill, rich in art and culture, the cobblestone streets and house facades of which reflect the spirit of the past times, and Rabac, a tourist spot with beautiful beaches, which is lively during the summer.

Activities

There are countless activities you can do during your stay. The meadows and forests which alternate on a hilly terrain invite for a daily walk or trekking. Picturesque landscapes are an unfailing artistic inspiration.

The admirers of culture and history will be fascinated by the old town of Labin. Below it is Rabac with a promenade lungomare, beaches and the real atmosphere of a tourist spot. You can explore the surrounding through numerous bike trails.

If you are a gastronomy lover, look for traditional taverns, local restaurants and agrotourisms which serve top quality meals made from local ingredients, such as sheep's milk cheese, Istrian ham and truffles, meat from an istrian cattle boškarin, wild asparagus, fresh fish and seafood and other delicacies.

How to reach us

Villa Lidija is situated in an extremely accesible location on the eastern coast of Istria, near Labin and Rabac. Thanks to an excellent traffic connection, you will need only a couple of hours by car or by plane to reach us - the airport Pula is only 40 km and the airport Krk (Rijeka) around 80 km away.

If you are coming by regular airlines, you will land at the airport Pula, the largest Istrian international airport. The airport Pula is only 40 km away from Labin, to which you will easily arrive by taxi or by bus.

Upon request, I can pick you up at the airport Pula with my own vehicle.

There is also another airport near, the international airport Krk (Rijeka).



Reservation and payment

Upon the receipt of your reservation request, we will send you an email within 24 hours with the confirmation of your request, payment details (advance payment and the rest of the amount) and payment methods.

A remark: the guests pay the bank transfer fees.

Cancellation of the reservation

The guest has the right to a full refund of the paid amount if the cancellation request is received no later than 45 days before the beginning of the service (the booked arrival). After that date the whole paid amount will be retained.
